#2. Savoury Nordic Cake

For those fathers who do not have sweet tooth, the Father’s Day cake from Antoinette will definitely please them. It is not the mainstream type of cake but a four layers tall cake with spread of tomato marmalade, cream cheese mascarpone, egg mayonnaise and garnished with prawn cocktail, smoked salmon, pickled cucumber, radish, capers, zucchini and herbs. Very unconventional but a feast to the eyes and palate!  For daddy who does not like sugar, this is a special cake for him.

#3. Healthy Fruit Cake

For health-conscious daddy, this is a cake made up of many different tropical fruits – bananas, pineapples and coconut. It may sounds heavy but it is actually a light cake which you can eat to your heart content without feeling guilty.

#4. Green Tea Cake

This is not actually the usual “cake” but it is made up of 20 layers of thin crepes to form a crepes cake. A vibrant yet light green tea flavors is added to the crepes cake making it healthy and revitalizing. Daddy who loves the refreshing green tea taste will definitely love this cake.

Last, let’s not forgetting those daddies who are the die-hard fans for the all-time favourite chocolate cake. Daddies are so special so do not just get them the ordinary chocolate cake! But get them the dark premium delicious chocolate with rum and dark pitted cherries in it. The rum will add a special kick to the cake which will sure drive daddies crazy over it.
